Year 5 and 6 Junior Citizenship Scheme

Our Year 5 and 6 children had the exciting opportunity to take part in the Tower Hamlets Junior Citizenship Scheme. The children met representatives from the Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade, Transport for London (TfL), Leyton Orient Football Club and Hope UK.

Through a series of engaging workshops, the children explored important topics including personal safety, making positive choices, taking responsibility for their actions and understanding the consequences of their decisions.

The workshops were interactive and informative, with the children actively participating in discussions, sharing their ideas and asking thoughtful questions. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience and gained valuable knowledge and life skills that will help them make safe, responsible and informed choices.
