Parental partnerships-Inspiring young minds

We were delighted to welcome three parents with science-related professional backgrounds into school to speak with the children about their careers and educational journeys. Each parent shared valuable insights into their roles, explaining how their work connects directly to scientific learning and real-world applications.

The children were highly engaged throughout the sessions, asking many thoughtful and well-considered questions. It was evident that these discussions sparked curiosity and enthusiasm, helping students to better understand the diverse pathways that science can offer.

We were especially pleased to see strong female role models in the field of science sharing their experiences and achievements. Their presence reinforced positive messages about inclusion, aspiration, and the wide range of opportunities available within STEM careers.
