Investigating atoms in Yr 3 and 4
Science Week Year 3 and 4 children took a plunge into the world of scientific learning and discovery. They engaged in a practical lesson looking at plant and animal cells using a light microscope. The children were beyond amazed and intrigued by what they discovered. This lesson was essential as it deepened their understanding on how everything is made out of the smallest building blocks called ‘atoms,’ which we covered in the previous lesson.
