Book exchange day at Buttercup

Children were encouraged to bring a book they had already read and enjoyed and exchange it with their classmates. As part of this book exchange, each child took home a different book to keep and enjoy themselves. This activity supported key PSHE values such as sharing, fairness, and respect for others’ belongings, while also encouraging a sense of community. It helped children develop responsibility by taking care of the books they received and promoted kindness through the act of giving and exchanging.
