Food Week – Year 3 and 4
As part of Food Week, our Year 3/4 students explored the country of Brazil through a fun and engaging cooking activity. The children had the opportunity to make their own tacos, choosing between crunchy taco shells or soft tortilla bread. To add an authentic touch, we used a panini press to warm and lightly toast the tortillas. This hands-on experience not only sparked excitement but also deepened their understanding of Brazilian culture through the joy of making and tasting food together.
